All products from 2 Huellas are high quality, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, there are 30 NATURAL DAYS maximum since the reception of your order to makethe return. Once this time has expired, the products will be considered to be accepted by the customer.
To process a return you will have to inform us about it by an email to email@example.com and we will provide you the package shipment adress. You will have to indicate your order information: product refernce, order number and the reason of the reaturn.
To make a return the product must be in perfect conditions and it can not had been used. The return must be made in the same packaging including the labels if they were in the product.
The return is free, the customer will only have to pay the transport costs the return causes.
The moment we recieve the merchandaise and check everything is correct we will proceed to return the pertinent cost. This return will be done in the same method you paid the buy.
If what you want to do is a CHANGE of product, please make a return as it is explained on the lines above and then make a new order.
The prices of 2 Huellas products have the related VAT included, will only be included the shipping costs that will depend on the destination country.
Purchases made from countries outside the European Union can have taxes/custom costs, so we recommend to ask for the related information on your country offices. 2 Huellas is not responsable of the custom costs or taxes apllied in the destination country.
To make your purchase in a safety way we offer you the following payment options:
Credit or debit card
You can pay with the cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express, 6000. Your transaction will be redirected to the Virtual TPV from Kutxabank, where you will be asked for the information to make the payment under the most safety measures and under a safe enviroment, property of the bank. This information is never kept in our servers. When you pay by card you confim yourself as the owner of it.
If your payment option is via Paypal, your transaction will be redirected to the system’s page. You will need to have a Paypal account linked to your credit card and the charge will be done when the order is confirmed.
The following lines explain the time to recieve your order from the moment of the order confrimation.
Take into account that orders recieved from 13:00 AM will be managed the next working day. There are no deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays and bank days.
