HOW TO BUY AT 2 HUELLAS

Buyig at 2Huellas is very easy and safe.

Just follow the following steps:

1. Click on the product you would like to acquire and select your size. Check the table “size reference” where you cand find the relations between US, UK, Europe sizes and also the centimetre length.
2. Click “Buy” and then you will see your order summary. If your are not registered you will need to complete the register form with your personal information and the shipping adress.
3. Click “Save” and accept the sale general conditions.
4. To finish select the method of payment and confirm your order.

Then you will recieve a mail with your order confirmation.

All orders we recieve are under our acceptance so the contract between you, the customer and 2 Huellas will be formalised when you recieve the confirmation mail explaining that the product has been shipped from our warehouse. “Shipment confirmation”

If any product can’t be shipped because of the stock we will inmediately refund your money in the same way you paid your order.

DELIVERY

The products acquired will be sent to the adress suggested on the order and as soon as the customer sign the products reception these will be considered as delivered.

The customer will check the good conditions of the merchandaise at its reception and if there is something wrong on its packaging, product conditions, etc, the customer should indicate it on the delivery document and inform 2 Huellas.

If the transport agency could not deliver the order at the expected destination and there is no response from the customer, the costs this could occasionate will be charged to the customer.
